Mint, Lemon Balm, Burdock Root, Meadow Sweet, Salal leaf, Rose
All Herbs are Certified Organic
4oz bags approx 35-45 cups of tea ( as long as you use pots)
DIRECTIONS : Pour mostly hot filtered water onto 1 tablespoon of dry herbs. Cover to steep 11-15min
All blends have been serenaded inside a 432Hz Heart Chakra Crystal Singing Bowl in hopes that you may feel the healing vibrations & love in each cup.
